FreePint - not a beer but information

FreePint is a fortnightly email newsletter that originates in the UK, it is is pretty Eurocentric but each issue usually has something worth reading.
This issue (No201) I found the article on podcasting really helpful as I only had a vague understanding of how it all works. The article also explains how MP3 & MP4s are created and other interesting bits.
