Another Wiki sample - 'Library success...'

Kate was showing us how a Wiki could work for us to work on 'stump the librarian' questions; here is another Wiki to inspire us 'Library Success: a Best Practices Wiki'.

"Documenting a Democracy"

(From Kerry Webb in Incite) The National Archives have gathered the documents (in digital form) that were important to the formation of the country of Australia as we know it today. Quite a pleasant little site for anyone who is interested in a potted history of European settlement. http://www.foundingdocs.gov.au/

KM Standards

We can use Standards Australia to find information directly relevant to us in the library! If you've had a chance to look at the Jan-Feb Incite or if you are a Standards Australia junkie, you may have noticed that AS 5037-2005 is Knowledge Management - a guide. It is a terrific document that explains in a comprehensive but also easily comprehensible way the way KM works and can be implemented.
